is how the kitchen is run!
The Fresh Menu is updated weekly and our Weekly Custom and
In Home Menus are updated seasonally. Please inquire if
something you would like is not on our menu.
Use the order form to place your
order.
We will cook your meals & deliver them once per
scheduled order. After you order your items we will contact
you to confirm your requested delivery time. Please be
specific and let us know in your order what day and time to
deliver your order. Bookings are based on first come
first serve availability.
If the client will not be home during delivery times, (we
can be flexible with times but it is best to put food in
the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible to preserve
freshness) we will ask that you leave a large cooler in a
designated area for us to leave your meals in. We can
purchase a cooler on your behalf and include it on your
first grocery bill.
The cost of groceries are included in the Fresh Menu. For
Custom or Home Preparation orders groceries are billed on
top of the service. To save you money, we purchase some of
the pantry staples in bulk and do not add them to your
grocery costs. We are savvy shoppers and we will keep your
grocery costs as low as possible. Our menu uses seasonal
fruits and vegetables.
Instructions for plating, reheating and freezing your
leftovers will be included with every meal.
Our delivery radius is within 20 miles of Evanston. This
includes most North Shore suburbs, the northern half of
Chicago and several suburbs just west of Chicago. An extra
$1 per extra mile traveled will be added for distances over
than 20 miles, please inquire with us directly.
All meals are delivered in recyclable containers but we are
happy to use containers you provide to be even more
environmentally conscious. We may also use our own
containers and we require that they are returned back to us
a week after delivery.
Payments can be made directly to us or using a credit card
via Paypal.
Customers must prepay for groceries unless otherwise
arranged and the balance for the service is due upon
delivery of the meals.
We are sure you will be happy with our service and our
meals. We strive to make our customers happy and welcome
their feedback. In the event you are unhappy with your
meal, in certain circumstances we will comp the service fee
if. However, it is not our policy to comp the cost of
groceries.
In an effort to help our environment, all invoices and
receipts are provided via email with scanned copies of the
grocery receipts unless other wise requested.
All Daily Fresh Menu orders must be placed the Friday
before the week of delivery.
